Legal Protection on Sport Marks Rights

Abstract

Analyzing the dealing course of sports marks rights, we discussed implementation patterns of it and main contents of contract contents so as to state the value of sports marks rights. In this paper the authors studied the liability fixation doctrine of infringement, subject and manifestation of infringement and pointed out the legal responsibility that should be undertaken because of infringement.
