Abstract

In recent years,as people increasingly high demand for entertainment,more and more broadband users,the trend of growing triple play.First,some sites began offering streaming video services,and achieved success.The concept of IPTV is proposed,and more and more attention.But the IPTV development process more and more problems,and applications of P2P Internet TV P2P technology is at a low server performance and network bandwidth requirements to serve 1 million under the concurrent user traffic,which leads to a P2P IPTV.
