The essence of corporate strategy is a game. There are natural things between the Game Theory and corporate strategies. Based on the Game Theory new understanding has been gained in a source of competitive advantage for enterprises, Game theory has brought about a profound impact on corporate strategy. But game theory model for the strategic management is also subject to various constraints, which may have to be a breakthrough in game theory itself. In this paper the characteristics of the enterprise strategic management game model has been analyzed. Go game has provided a more perfect game simulation model for us. The in-depth study of the Go game is bound to make this ancient game to give people more and deeper insight.
