The Study of TCM and Western Medicine Integrative Therapy in the Treatment of Mental Disorder Induced by Craniocerebral Injury

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of TCM and western medicine integrative therapy in the treatment of mental disorder induced by craniocerebral injury.Methods:300 cases patients with mental disorder after craniocerebral injury were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.The patients of treatment group were treated by HUANGQI injection and XUFUZHUYU capsule as well as western medicine.The patients of control group were treated only by western medicine.The clinical effectiveness is measured by positive and negative syndrome standard(PANSS).Results:The curing rates of treatment group and control group are 91%,76%,respectively.The patients of treatment need less dosage of western medicine than control group.Conclusions:The TCM and western medicine integrative therapy has specific effectiveness in the treatment of mental disorder induced by craniocerebral injury,and can shorten the course of disease reduce the dosage of western medicine.
