Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of urodynamic analysis in prognosticating efficacy after prostatectomy.Methods The results of 50 cases postoperation were analyses.Results We found that detrusor instability appeared in 2 patients,2 patients had low compliance bladders,3 patients had high compliance bladders and 2 patients were bladder outlet obstruction.Conclusion The most frequent causes affecting the prognosis of BPH patients after prostatectomy,include: instability bladder、detrusor dysfunction and bladder outlet obstruction.Urodynamics may plays asignificant role in the determination of the prognosis of BPH Patients、choosing patients who needs prostatectomy and in the determination of the causes of unsatisfied prognosis of BPH patients.
