Abstract

There is great distinction of government status and policy effectiveness among different regional innovation system.Based on this point,this thesis analyses the shortage of policy on regional innovation system and proposes that right policy depend on acknowledge of regional innovation environment.Government should put forward different policies for the different categories of regional innovation systems model.
