This article emphasizes particular of losartan?valsartan?erbisartan?candesartan?telmisartan?eprosartan.The combination of losartan plus hydrochlorothiazide or amlodipine provided an additional antihypertensive effects.Candesartan inhibited strongest binding affinity of AT 1 receptor.Telmisartan had longest termination half life.Angiotension AT 1 receptor blocker will be made evaluation on therapeutic efficacy on hypertension.
