The enviroment in Liaoning Province is good and the tourism resourses is abundant. It also possesses the superiority which is endowed by nature in developing eco-tourism and provides reliable material foundation for developing eco-tourism. The paper analyses the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the eco-tourism of Liaoning Province. On the basis of this, the paper constructs the developing framework of the eco-tourism in Liaoning Province and expounds some concrete developing strategies with the aim of providing a theoretical basis for the further development and planning of eco-tourism in Liaoning Province.
