Speculation on management of state-owned property in colleges and universities

For a long time,property management in colleges and universities has been usually neglected,has become the blind area and weak item in the field of the state-owned property management,and with the development of educational system reform and the scientific management of the state-owned property,it gradually seems to be obvious and serious.This paper puts forward some improving methods aiming at the 4 typical problems in the management of the state-owned property in colleges and universities,including the indistinct state of storage quantity,confusion of the property rights,severe waste and the difficulty in revitalizing,hence to raise the utilization rate of the state-owned property constantly by establishing scientific management system,perfecting various regulation systems,and enhancing management.
