On the Procedure of Criminal Adjudication

The process of a criminal trial procedure is composed of pre-trial procedure,court trial procedure and adjudication procedure.Pre-trial procedure is the preparation of criminal trial,and the trial is the preparation of adjudication.Without adjudication procedure,we cannot achieve correct adjudication by pre-trial procedure and trial procedure alone.Thus many countries have thorough provisions on adjudication procedure.However,while we have paid much attention to pre-trial and trial procedures,we do not pay attention to adjudication procedure.We shall borrow from other countries and regions in order to construct our own procedure of criminal adjudications.
