Abstract
There were many methods of reservoir prediction, different reservoir prediction methods had their advantages and disadvantages for different objects and application conditions. But in the areas where vertical reservoir heterogeneity was strong, and horizontal variation was large,no matter what kind of method was used, the uncertainty of reservoir prediction was obvious.By using sedimentary microfacies research results as guidance, from a studied area to an unknown area, according to different study levels,a combination of various reservoir prediction methods is used for a fine reservoir prediction,it can improve the precision of reservoir prediction to some extent. The method is used for prediction of Putaohua reservoir in Yingtai Area and good results are achieved.
