Abstract
Objective To make criterion in clinical observation as golden standards for nursing records,in order to decrease medical disputes caused by insufficient clinical observation and help young nurses to make nursing records properly.Methods The problems in clinical observation and nursing records were analyzed based on literature review and the nursing records in the cases with medical disputes.Then,the detailed criterion in clinic observation was formulated and applied as golden standards for nursing records.Results The nurses mastered the methods and contents of clinical observation and nursing records with the application of detailed criterion.At the same time,the nursing disputes decreased significantly.Conclusion The criterion in clinical observation as golden standards for nursing records can make the nursing records to be more objectively and concretely.It can benefit for the young inexperienced nurses in clinical observation.
