Observation on Effect of Yishen Shengxue Formula Combined with Western Medicine on Chronic Aplastic Anemia

Abstract

Objective:The observation on effect of Yishen Shengxue Formula combined with Western medicine treatment on chronic aplastic anemia was made to look for a more effective treatment for chronic aplastic anemia.Methods:40 patients of chronic aplastic anemia were randomly divided into combined treatment group and control group.The control group patients were treated with cyclosporin A,stanozolol and yasuo.For the treatment group patients,besides the above treatment,Yishen Shengxue Formula was used.The efficacy of the two groups after 6 months was compared.Results:Effective ratio of the treatment group was 80% and 66.7% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Chinese herb can significantly improve the treatment efficacy on chronic aplastic anemia.
