Abstract
Objective:To study the characteristics of aphakic eye secondry posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation with suture fixation after vitrectomy.Methods:20 aphakic eyes were operated that the secondary posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation with suture fixation at ciliary sulcus under anterior chamber injection after vitrectomy.All the cases were followed up one year.Results:20 eyes had successful operation at one time;After operation,1 eye had the vitreous hemorrhage,2 eyes had the corneal Oedema.The corrected visual acuity was more improve than before,the visual acuity of 0.1 or better was obtained in 90%,0.3 or better obtained in 50%.Conclusion:the effection of the treating was safety and successful.The operation was the other method for improve the visual of aphakic eyes after vitrectomy.[
