Abstract

【Objective】 To discuss the effect of early rehabilitation on limb movement, activities of daily living(ADL) and secondary disability of stroke hemiplegia.【Methods】 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group(60 patients) and the control group(60 patients). The patients of observation group were trained with early rehabilitation training procedure. The patients of the control group were conventionally treated.【Results】 After average one month's training, rehabilitation group showed significant improvement in comparison with the control group on limb movement and activities of daily living(ADL),low secondary disability of stroke hemiplegia.【Conclusions】 Early rehabilitation is safe and effective for the prevention of complications, reducing of the secondary disability of stroke hemiplegia.
