Transference of Artistic Conception in the Translation of Prose─—Based on a Study of Gestalt Image

Transference of artistic conception plays a crucial role in the translation of prose.Gestalt image shares similar aesthetic components and elements with artistic conception,which makes it possible to apply Gestalt image to the transference of artistic conception.The process of artistic conception transferring is from the artistic conception in the original text to the artistic conception in the mind and,finally,to the artistic conception in the target text.From Gestalt image,the authors of this paper draw a conclusion that artistic conception is the standard of translation of images.Some subtle changes of images can make the version most natural provided that artistic conception can be reconstructed in the target text.
