LNG Market Development and Demand Forecast in Sichuan-Chongqing Area

Based on market characteristics of LNG users in Sichuan and Chongqing area,the paper describes LNG production and supply system status in Sichuan-Chongqing area and the corresponding LNG policy planning of local governments,establishes LNG demand forecast model and many gas demand models,such as LNG emergency peaking,gas usage of non-pipelines residents,fuel gas of drilling rig engine,LNG vehicles and vessels,and proposes to develop LNG terminal business by accelerating LNG infrastructure,enhancing LNG supply capacity,promoting price reform of natural gas and so on.
