Abstract

By ways of literature and survey interview,based on four years experience on opening the oriented sports courses,the author elaborates the importance and puts forward the countermeasures to problems for opening the very courses in universities and colleges,which would provide reference for those universities carrying on the sports teaching reform and widening the contents to open the oriented sports courses as soon as possible.
