Abstract
To motivate students to be more active, more positive and creative in their studies, and to cultivate students with ability to meet the demands of society, constructivism theory has been applied to electrical and electronic engineering teaching practice. The examples given are on the application and effects of constructivism in practical teaching from the four main elements of constructivist theory: study environment , cooperation , conversation and construction of meaning .
