Abstract

Regarding the problems of performance degradation of explosive and blasting material which may encountered in deep water blasting,some experiments in different water depth were carried out in terms of the type of explosive,blasting material and reasonable initiation circuit so as to determined the proper explosive type and specification,the favorable ignition material and ignition network for a ideal blasting effect.The present paper proposed some approaches to the problems by discussion of a practical engineering for the use of similar project.
