Philosophical analysis of the relationship between digital art and technology

In order to research the relationship between digital art and technology thoroughly,two new concepts are proposed according to philosophy of art and philosophy of technology in this paper:technology as the environmental element of art and technology as the self element of art.The conclusion is drawn that technology as the environmental element primarily influences the development of digital art on!artistic morphology evolution and artistic quality of artists,while technology as the self element of digital art directly influences the developing quality and direct of digital art.The content and form of bringing up digital art talents are put forward in this paper.
