Analysis on the Socialization Development of Police Service in Britain and America

New public management and privatization has already become a characteristic of most western developed countries.Under the direction of public choice theory and new managerialism,Britain and America introduce the market mechanism into public police agencies,shift some service functions into private organizations and non-government organizations,and make them offer security service previously monopolized by public police so as to improve the working efficiency of police and meet the need of public security of the public,which provides many enlightenments and significance for our country's socialization work of police service.
