Specialty Construction Planning for Information Management and Information System Based on Classified Practice Platform

Based on the survey of questionnaires,new capacity requirements of modern enterprise to graduates of information management and information system(IMIS) specialty are analyzed,and a model indicating the relationship of knowledge structure,core competency and capacity structure of graduates is also established.Aiming to meet the capacity requirements of modern enterprise,and considering the problems and reform suggestions from students of the existing specialty cultivation program,a specialty construction planning for IMIS based on classified practice platform was designed,which highlights the reform thought of the‘one oriented,two basic principles,three major development directions,four practice platforms and five key measures’.With the empirical background of the reform of IMIS in Yangtze University,the problems and corresponding measures for theory and practice teaching reform when implementing this specialty construction planning are given.
