Abstract
Eleven compounds were isolated from the 60% aq.acetone extract of the air-dried twigs of Myricaria germanica(Tamaricaceae),and their structures were identified as ferulic acid(1),coniferol(2),feruloyl glucose(3),isolariciresinol(4),caffeic acid(5),p-hydroxycinnamic acid(6),gallic acid(7),3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid(8),rhododendrol(9),3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid(10)and 3,4,5-trihydroxycinnanic acid(11) on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. All compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time, and 1-6 and 8-11 were obtained from genus Myricaria for the first time.
