Objective:Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is precancerous lesion of cervical cancer.The diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is important in preventing and treating cervical cancer.The present methods on diagnosing cervical intraepithelial neoplasia include:liquid-based monolayers,detection for HPV,colposcopy,biopsy and gene diagnosis,et al.The article reviews the diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and explores in possible missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,for selecting proper methods on diagnosis in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
