Abstract
Objective To analyse the diagnostic value of plain CT scan on super acute cerebral infarction. Methods 53 patients were retrospectively studied, which were suffering from super acute cerebral infarction. Results 10 patients showed lower density,12 patients showed middle cerebral artery high density sign.8 patients showed blurry basal nuclei structure.15 patients showed locally narrowed or disappeared sulci.18 patients showed the △HU of CT were heightened. Conclusion The conventional CT diagnosis for super acute cerebral infarction has value.
