Comparative Study on Sino-American Police Education and Training System

The police education and training system between China and the United States is completely different.Some features of the police education and training in the United States are as followed: firstly,each state has independent system;secondly,the training is close to actual combat;thirdly,to improve the system of in-service police training;finally,to pay attention to build up a team with highly qualified teachers.According to current situation of China,police training and education should be reformed and innovated to get rid of disadvantages of old model,and to achieve objectives of police education and training in China finally.
