Abstract
The aluminum anodizing film was prepared, and the effects of aluminum anode pre-treatment,electrolyte composition, electrolyte concentration, anodic oxidation voltage and other parameters on the process of aluminum anodizing were studied. The results showed that the pre-treatment had greater effect on the quality of anodizing film;the optimum quality of the porous film was obtained in a mixed acid bath consisting of phosphoric acid and oxalic acid in proper proportion. The pores distribution density could be decreased by improving anodic oxidation voltage in some extent, and the pore size and the degree of order of the film was increased. The degree of order of the porous alumina template prepared by two-step anodizing method was better than that prepared by one-step anodizing method.
