Abstract

This paper discussed the applications of Deming PDCA cycle on the security management in a chemical enterprise. Under the analyses on the derivation of habitual peccancy behavior, a new methodology of PDCA cycle was presented to reduce artificial lapsus or habitual peccancy and prevent the human error accident.
