Abstract
HZSM-5 was prepared by impregnation method with ZSM-5 as raw material. The reaction of synthesis of amyl acetic ester was investigated with HZSM-5 as catalyst, glacial acetic acid and n-amyl alcohol as raw material. The optimized reaction conditions were obtained as follows: ZSM-5 as catalyst was best by infiltrating with 1.0mol/L sulfuric acid, and the molar ratio of n-amyl alcohol to glacial acetic acid was 1.1∶1,the catalyst amount of 0.4g,the reaction time of 90min and reaction temperature of 125 —135℃,the esterification ratio was 82.5%.
