Abstract

Traditional folk conventions act as a function of stabling the regional society and promoting the regional economical development.Comparing with the conventions in some ethnic regions,a custom of ZOU LAO TONG at Da Cun in Guilin,acts as some kind of particular social function.This paper tries to explore the social function of ZOU LAO TONG in village community organization.
