Abstract

Age Discrimination is a new discrimination,it also exist in sports.It including loss of professional qualification because of age discrimination,athletes don't have the eligibility to attend conpetition because of age discrimination.The Age Discrimination in Employment Act plays an important role in controling the age discrimination in sports field in U.S..
