Abstract
What our nation carry on is administrative fluctuating exchange rate system according to demand of market,which make RMB exchange rate flexible with market.Should carry on reform of exchange rate properly under retaining stability and development of micro-economy and healthy operation of finance. We not only think of our country profit but also the influence of state around our nation and world when forming exchange rate system.We need enlarge exchange scope slowly,meanwhile, hold stability of RMB exchange rate.
