Trade Union Work of Protecting Labor Rights in Bankruptcy and Reform

Abstract

The trade union work of protecting labor labor rights after bankruptcy comes down to the interests of workers.We should improve the mechanism of protecting labor rights,strengthen mediation and arbitration of labor dispute,give full play of the mechanism of prediction and leading mechanism of labor conflict,offer legal aid and service for workers in order to improve the effectiveness of protecting labor rights and to carry out trade union's responsibility.
