Abstract
The preparation technology of stable emulsion with high water content r in diesel oil is investigated for probing further into the treatment process of crude oil dehydration, demulsification and the treatment of oil-bearing wastewater. Results indicate that the value of HLB may be controlled in the range of 13.6~14.3 preparing the emulsion of the O/W type. At the same time, mass fraction of the emulsion should be kept in the range of 0.16%~0.21%. In addition, the emulsion may be added to the water or the oil according to its relative characteristics. The emulsion is carried out at a high speed for is 5min, then at alow speed for 3min during the preparation process. The emulsion may satisfy the demand of experimental study because it can be kept stable for more than five days.
