The Twofold Connotation in Marx's Concept of Labor Division

Abstract
Marx's concept of labor should be further categorized into two aspects,namely,the technical labor division which rationalizes the activities of material production and the differentiation in people.The so-called elimination of labor should be interpreted as the elimination of differentiation in people,whereas the technical labor division should be reserved and promoted.
