Abstract
Composition of medium and fermentation conditions of Agaricus bisporus AS2796 in liquid culture were optimized with one factor and orthogonal test methods. The results showed that the optimum medium was(g/L):sucrose 15.0,corn starch 30.0,peptone 2.0,soybean powder 30.0,MgSO4·7H2O 1.0,KH2PO4 1.5 and the optimum fermentation condition were initial pH value 6.5,fermentation under 25℃ for 7d,rotation speed 180r/min with broth volume 50ml,inoculum 5%.
