Abstract

With the demonstration project district in the Chaihe basin as the research object, the authors studied the varying pattern of the nonpoint source pollutants and pollutant discharge load by using the pollutant concentration data measured in rainstorm runoff. The results show that the concentrations of non-point pollutants such as nitrogen and phosphorus vary with the change in rainfall at different stages, and the trend that the pollutant concentration changes is basically similar to the change in rainfall runoff.During the process of rainfall, the total nitrogen and phosphorus concentration and flow at the exit of the demonstration area are higher than those measured at its entrance.
