Abstract

Intensive analysis and understanding of the related articles concerned with the patentable subject matter are processed in this paper.The problem concerned with the patentable subject matter in the field of image is analyzed through several representative cases and the suggestion about the drafting of application is given.Thus the applicant could acquire correlative consultation about whether the subject matter of invention is patentable and how to avoid the problem of not being the subject matter of patent protection.
