Abstract
The effect of Al 2O 3 on properties of Zn/HZSM 5 was studied The results indicate that Zn/HZSM 5+Al 2O 3 has lower aromatization activity and better stability than Zn/HZSM 5 with the same zinc content, which is attributed to the zinc on HZSM 5 migrated to Al 2O 3 It is also shown that Zn/Al 2O 3 has very weak aromatization activity and little effect on the catalytic properties of HZSM 5 It is only the zinc component on HZSM 5 zeolite that can modify the catalytic performance of HZSM 5 Factors which affect zinc migration have been discussed
