Abstract

A bacteria strain FJAT-B,suppressed Ralstonia solanacearum greatly, was isolated from soil samples collected in changtai town Fujan province, and had the stable inhibitory effect on R.solanacearum by the inhibition zone test.According to the characteristics of morphology, physiology and biochemi stry tests, the comparison of 16S rRNA and ITS sequence and celluar fatty acid analysis, strain FJAT-B was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.Optimal growth of the strain FJAT-B was at pH 7—8,growth was to logarithmic phase after 36 h,and gradually reduced by increasing salt concentration.
