The Localization of the Books Management in University Library and the Development of the E-books——Discussion on How to Recognize and Deal with the Relationships between the Library and the Reference Room under the New Situation

This paper points out that university library and the reference rooms of the university and the departments must transform their conception and realize the new mode of sharing and co-developing the resources,and puts forward the suggestion on establishing the reference room with the features of the information resources and the major service of reference under the unified management of the library.
