Abstract

Through researching an elastic sensitive element, a bellows with filler has been designed and developed, which solved the difficult problem that a thin wall bellows can't withstand high pressure. The bellows with filler keeps very sensitive and can replace the rubber membrane and spring in a common pressure sensor. A new bellows pressure sensor was re designed and developed, which got the national level patent in 1994.
