Abstract

The credibility of township government is an important cornerstone of the governance of the whole country.This paper makes an analysis of the present situation of the credibility of township government and its functions,especially the influence of the formal national system and informal rural system.Then it comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to upgrade the credibility by carrying out substantial innovation of the formal national system and the reconstruction of the governance pattern in rural areas.
