Abstract

Ethical leadership is a new research topic developed on the basis of ethics and leadership,and has been rapidly developed in recent few years in foreign countries.This paper first introduces the definition,dimension and measurement of ethical leadership.Then it analyses the factors that affect ethical leadership and relative variables which are affected by ethical leadership,including work attitude,work performance and behaviors.Lastly,in view of the limitations of past research,the authors propose a few suggestions for future research.
