Preliminary Analysis on the Integration and Pattern of Agricultural Information Resource in Heilongjiang Province

With the advance of agricultural informatization, agricultural information web sites develop rapidly in Heilongjiang Province. But there are some protrudent problems. The information in every agricultural web site and agricultural departments of government is an information island. The information resource can’t be shared and rebuilded. The validity and effect of information are poor. As a result, this paper proposes the necessity and correlative technology of the integration of agricultural information resource in Heilongjiang. Sequentially, the “last one-kilometer” of agricultural informatization is boosted to be established in Heilongjiang.
