On Agricultural Pollution in China

Abstract
This paper aimed to elaborate the connotation of agricultural pollution from a three-dimensional perspective and expound the harm of agricultural pollution from 6 aspects i.e.water pollution,soil pollution,degradation of agricultural products,greenhouse gases increase,effect of pollution on human health and its restriction on sustainable development of agriculture.Proximate causes of agricultural pollution including chemical fertilizer pollution,pesticide pollution,animal manure pollution,waste pollution and agricultural membrane pollution as well as ultimate reasons including food security pressure and urban-rural dual structure were analyzed in detail in this article.Based on the above analysis,this essay put forward the control countermeasures in legislation,policies and technologies.
