Abstract
[Objective]To discuss the etiology of chronic atrophic gastritis,and provide scientific evidence for control and reduce its morbidity.[Methods] The etiology of 49 cases with chronic atrophic gastritis was analyzed.[Results]The average age of chronic atrophic gastritis patients was 72.5 years.The youngest was 46 years old,the oldest was 90 years old.Most patients were over 70 years old,accounting for 75.51%.63.3% patients had the habit of irregular eating,pungent diet,eating unboiled or cold food,and drinking.Patients had emotional maladjustment accounted for 26.5%.[Conclusion]The etiology of chronic atrophic gastritis is related with age,the habit of diet and emotional maladjustment.
