Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology,the Internet has become a new carrier of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.But the application of the Internet brings new opportunities and challenges to ideological and political education.Colleges and universities should make good use of this carrier of Internet,while grasping and mastering the laws and methods in carrying on the ideological and political education through Internet.Drawing on the advantages and avoid disadvantages,they can strengthen the ideological and political education among their students with the modern Internet technology in order to constantly improve reformation and innovation in the ideological and political education work.
