The most important feature of modernity is the full-scaled establishment of subject in Western countries.To a corporation,the modernity means the recognition of its subject.A corporation as a subject is based on its independent functions.Influenced by economic analysis of law and post-modernism,the ideas ofa corporation as a bundle of contracts anda corporation as an enterprise appeared in the countries of continental legal system and Anglo-Saxon legal system.In fact,the nature of these two ideas is a corporation's subject.In reality,the two theories face many embarrassments,so it's necessary to reaffirm the subject of a corporation.
